New Airgun Target Carriers

On Tuesday, February 3, 2009 work began on converting the classroom of the James Mangan Rifle & Pistol Range to accept the new airgun target carriers. The new carriers are manual crank type that will allow each shooter to shoot at their own pace during competition. Because the classroom will still need to be used as a meeting room the carriers will only be used during sanctioned competitions, and stored away.

Don and Jim prep wall to accept carrier backers.

Work was performed during a scheduled work party to correct carrier problems in the live fire range. A big THANKS goes out to all who helped with the much-needed work.
