   The Crime and Security Act 2010 has now been passed - which includes a section (46) about securing airguns from minors.

The whole Act can be seen at -

But I've extracted the relevant section at -

Note that the section relating to airguns has NOT yet been "commenced" - this may well happen later in the year.
